MOB started with a mission to do beauty better for our planet, and after 3 years in development, we released a trial of our NewPurpose packaging series in July of 2022. We brought together partners across industries to design a fully compostable packaging system made with 100% PCR cardboard, bamboo, sugar cane, flax, and corn + wheat starches. The packaging is refillable and turns into nutrient-rich soil end of life. We are working on additional components for the NewPurpose series with a goal to launch a fully compostable packaging system in 2024.
